# How can hospitals order products? Can we submit a purchase order?

As a courtesy to our healthcare providers, we accept purchase orders of $500 or more [via email](mailto:%20orders@paincarelabs.com) with credit terms of net 30 days.

POs will be processed within 3 business days. Please provide your third party or preferred shipping account information with your PO or shipping fees will be prepaid and added to your invoice. POs paid via credit card will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

For orders less than $500.00, please place your order online [via our web store](http://shop.paincarelabs.com). Please note, for small orders USPS will be the carrier and your delivery will occur via regular mail.

Please note that using Personal Buzzy units in a clinical multi-patient setting will void the Warranty. Returned products, PO changes, or cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
